Late check-in after 8pm and early check-out before 8am are available with an extra charge of $50USD. This condominium prides itself on a quiet respectful ambience at all times.

No smoking inside. Upon check out, if smoke smells are detected inside the condominium, security/damage deposits will be forfeited. Extra fees will be charged to remove the smoke smell from the unit.

No pets or children under 12 allowed.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: Any guests engaging in or arrested for any illegal activity will be subject to immediate eviction without benefit of any refund of rental fees or deposits.

GUESTS: Your reservation is confirmed for the number of guests listed. A list of each guest and their ages are to be emailed to the property manager prior to your key code being activated. This guest list must be received within 24 hours of making the reservation. The guests are subject to immediate eviction without benefit of any refunds of rental fees or deposits if more guests than listed are present on the property. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Invitation of non-resident guests to parties, weddings, family reunions, etc. is strictly prohibited without the written permission of property owner. Owner or its representatives may enter the property at any time, without notice, for the purposes of protection, and/or maintenance of the property. UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.

NOISE VIOLATION: Guest will not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors. The Guest understands that domestic disturbances not only infringe on the neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of the property, but are also in default of the lease. Any noise complaints that result in the police coming to the facility will result in loss of deposit, all rental fees, and immediate eviction from the premises.
