Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. There are also several parks in the area for families to have fun.

A local favorite, Shaka Taco is just under a mile walk or 4 min. drive, along with other restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.

Other Things to Note:

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. The pet fee of $300 per pet is non-refundable and not automatically applied to the rental rates. Please call the office to add a pet. 

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Arrival and Departure:

Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM

Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
