The Space:
On the first floor: two main bedrooms, one of them with King bed and shower/bathroom bath, the other with a bath shared with shower. The living room is a spacious area with TV and exit to the pool, a dining room for 8 people, a large open kitchen with an countertop for 3 people. The garage is a funny room with several games, gaming table and television. Pool area with dining table and rest area with sun loungers next to the pool.

On the second floor: family room with TV and video games, sofa and bean bags, A laundry area at the end of the upstairs in the hallway at your right. Two master bedrooms with king size beds, with attached bathroom with shower, two kids bedrooms with two twin beds, one both them with thematic frozen decor and the other one with Marvel decor, both with shower bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds, that share the bathroom with another room with one queen bed. All the rooms have a TV.

The outside pool area has Welcome to our exquisite vacation rental, where the allure of outdoor living meets the epitome of relaxation and entertainment. The fenced pool area is a slice of paradise, meticulously designed to create unforgettable moments under the sun or stars. Whether you prefer to stretch out with a cool drink in hand or simply close your eyes and listen to the gentle sounds of the outdoors, our lounge pool chairs provide the ideal retreat and prepare meals for your group at the BBQ station. Upon entering this outdoor oasis, you'll be greeted by the glistening waters of our generously sized pool, it could be heated upon request. The pool area is adorned with lush, well-maintained landscaping, offering a perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty.

The outside cover area has a comfortable and stylish furniture, designed to cater to your every need, for those moments when you desire an al fresco dining experience, our outdoor dining set awaits.

Enjoy extras like complementary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, pool towels, and a full size washer and dryer upstairs.

Upon request we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids.

As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that includes: dishwasher, detergent / sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.

Parking in front of the unit on the driveway, street parking is not allowed, please note that trucks, campers, motor homes, trailers, boats, and boat trailers are prohibited from parking on the premises.

The house have NOT access to the Water Park. You have access to the restaurant, convenience store and ticket sales in the Clubhouse.

There is a Ring Camera next to the front door for your and our security, and a pool alarm next to the slider door to exit to the pool area.

EXTRA FEES:
- Pets are Welcome ! The pet fee is $150 per pet per stay.
- Pool Heater fee: $30 per day. The pool heater must be ordered and paid 24 hours prior to arrival date to have the pool fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures.
- BBQ fee: $50 per stay, includes cleaning and propane tank.

HOUSE RULES
● NO Smoking permitted. Fine of $500 of the deposit.
● NO parties.
● NO noise after 10 pm.
● No eating in the bedrooms.
● NO glass containers outside.
● NO drinks inside the pool/spa.
● NO children are permitted in the pool or the hot tub at any time without
adult supervision. When using the hot tub, please remember there is a
certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
● Leave the inflatables outside the pool when you depart.
● Use the BBQ in the grass area at the side, never in the cover/ceiling
area, and return it to the original place when you leave.

This property has easy access to I-4, and US 192.

Just very close outside the community is Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip line, and Publix Super Market, 7- Eleven, ALDI are more or less 4 miles away.

Getting Around:
