DO NOT RENT!!!

RENTERS BEWARE!!! Owner cancelled on us AFTER we already arrived to check-in. Owner told us 2 days earlier that we’ll receive the check-in details on the day of our arrival. We arrived after our check-in time and hadn’t heard anything. We contacted the owner for details and the owner immediately cancelled on us. We had nowhere to go and had to scramble to find last-minute accommodations on a holiday weekend. We had to cancel some vacation plans in order to find a place to stay. It looks like the SAME thing happened to the February reviewer. This listing needs to be REMOVED from any rental platform. Please, save yourself from heartache, hassle, and headaches. DO NOT RENT this place!

Cool studio close to midtown

Perfect location for what we were doing. Even though on a busy street the place was extremely quiet!

Worst Experience Ever

I booked this stay weeks in advance as a surprise for my boyfriend. We came from 6 hours out of town and were excited to have a weekend away after the stresses of personal hardships. The reservation said check in was after 4pm so we were just killing time after getting into town early. On the app it says if you don’t get a message from the property owner for checkin details, to send a message. I sent a message just after 3pm. Around 3:30pm, I got a call from customer service, who was very rude by the way, that the owner cancelled our reservation, AND GAVE NO REASON. They didn’t even offer a refund, I had to request it. We had no extra money to get a room anywhere and had to travel an extra 30 minutes out of town to stay with family. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice, clean unit, easy access

Unit appears to have been an apartment once but has been nicely refurbished and furnished. Clean and quiet our only negative comment would be the size of the bathroom, especially the vanity. It's quite small but given the layout of the room there's not much that could be different. We would re-book the unit in the future should we head back to Reno.
