This newly renovated and stylishly decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury Fairway Oaks townhome offers an ideal setting to kick back and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the comfort of a place that feels like home! Situated in a picturesque landscape of oaks and palms, this beautiful villa boasts an incredible golf course view, spacious living accommodations, and the most tranquil setting.

Walking through the front door you will immediately notice the gorgeous luxury vinyl flooring throughout the entire villa. To one side sits a stunning fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops perfect for preparing a tasty dish for the entire family. An adjacent glass top dining table offers seating for 6 in its coral themed chairs. The spacious living room features a matching white sofa and loveseat and a leather chair all centered around a large flat screen smart TV.

Just off the main room lies a charming sunroom with a glass top table for 4 as well as a white sofa and flat screen smart TV. Sunlight streams in through the window lined walls welcoming you to this beautiful solarium. Pour a glass of wine and dive into a good read in this cozy reading nook or walk out onto the back terrace to enjoy a stunning sunset on the golf course.

Down the hall, the master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and an upholstered headboard flanked by two matching nightstands. A mirror, dresser, and flat screen smart TV are located on the adjacent wall and an ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combo is connected to this wonderful space.

Across the hall sits the second bedroom with 2 queen sized beds adorned in seagrass headboards and decorated with coastal themed bedding. This room also offers a flat screen smart TV and leads to a second bathroom that connects to the hall. The same beautiful granite countertops and light wood cabinetry are featured in this bathroom along with a shower/tub combo.

A laundry area with a full size washer/dryer is located off the foyer for your convenience.

A quick drive or bike ride will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool tucked under the beautiful oaks is just steps away. At this villa, you can enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a golf game on one of Amelia Island Plantation's luxury golf courses. We’re back!

Busy week in Amelia Island. We stayed in this unit that is right next door to a unit that we purchased for ourselves!!! It was great to stay in a completely renovated unit like ours, and we were able to be there to meet with many contractors at our place and it made it so easy to get around for the week. We love it in Fairway Oaks and in The Plantation!! Very convenient and easy to get in and out of unit and the community to visit all the other great benefits of Amelia Island.

Perfect Home For Our Golf Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I, our two teenage boys, and 2 of their friends stayed in this lovely home for a 4 night golf filled weekend and it was perfect!!! The location is amazing! Not only was it on Hole #2 of Oak Marsh Golf Course, but the property was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, well stocked, and so convenient! We will definitely be returning next year. The rental agency communicated beautifully and they were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location

I was a little skeptical about renting this property at first because there were no reviews. I was pleasantly surprised however. The house was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect size and was spotless. The bathrooms were very clean (I’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to the bathrooms). The kitchen was very well equipped, however there was no whisk. Definitely not a deal breaker but they may want to consider getting one in the near future. The house had tons of board games and a great selection of books to read while there. There were flat screen TV’s In every room which was nice because I had two teenage boys with me. We were a little confused as to how to access the beach. We were told by the rental company that it was 1/2 a mile away, but could not figure out how to access it within the property. In my opinion it was a little further than that. You could ride your bike to the beach access or it was about a 5 minute car ride to the access we went to. The rental company was very helpful tho and sent us a map of the resort which really helped. The beach was nice as it was not crowded and the weather was hot but nice. Typical summer afternoon storms but that’s the norm in Florida. The rental company was very helpful whenever I called or texted. While there we lost power, we found a spot on the island to go have breakfast and by the time we got back everything was back to normal. Overall I would not hesitate to rent this house again.
