With so much to do in Central Florida, you need a calm place to call home base, and you’ve found it with this modern, three-bedroom townhome in Magic Village. The open living space is decorated in serene natural tones, and huge picture windows and a double set of French doors flood the space with light. Brew some coffee and start the day on your covered lanai or upstairs on the private deck, just off the main bedroom suite.

When you start to get hungry, head inside to the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas stove, lots of cabinetry, and plenty of counter space to prep anything from eggs to oatmeal. Rally the troops and dine together at the breakfast bar, with seating for six, or dine alfresco on your lanai.

When it’s time to head out, you’re spoiled for choice. You’re minutes from the Disney parks, golf, shopping on I-Drive, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. If you’d rather stay closer to home, visit the complex’s shared pool and hot tub to work on your tan (an extra fee applies for access). Return in the evening to relax in your central AC. Dinner prep is simple thanks to the gas grill, and the comfy couches in the living room are perfect for a little TV before you head off to bed to rest up for another full day of magic tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
