Top floor - Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Two of the master king size bedrooms are located on the top floor. Along with office/study area equipped with a desk and office chair and the private intimate seating for two. Felling curious explore the starry night sky thru the Celestron StarSense Explorer.

The spacious main level of the Villa offers one en-suite king size bedroom along with living room area with ample amount of seating in front of the gas fireplace or huge screen TV. The living room area takes you to the beautiful dining area with a gorgeous wood table where you can enjoy the stunning view of the GSMNP. The bar area with four bar stools and spacious kitchen with an island and a full bar area makes for a memorable meal prep time with family and friends. Fully state of the art equipped kitchen with anything you might need for your perfect stay. By the kitchen there is a full laundry room equipped with full size washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, high chair, pack & play, lemonade container, outdoor utensils caddy, large size metal crate for Fido & bowls and towels for them too. Along with the half bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area, the front door or the laundry room.

Basement floor/studio area of the Villa is equipped with a kitchenette area, full bathroom, pool table, chess, a full size futons, a queen size memory foam mattress and a queen size Murphy foam bed and a play house sleeping area for a child. Big screen TV and gas fireplace to enjoy a movie or just hang out with playing games.

Enjoy the wrap around porch with all it has to offer and have a full spa experience in the 8 person 88- jet hot tub with a waterfall, hydrotheraphy and neck therapy while enjoying the view of the mountain. Relax in the morning on the lunge chairs overlooking the mountains while being surrounded by the beauty of the nature. Enjoy each other's company on the sectional patio overseeing the entire fenced yard and the mountains.

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control
- Fireplace should not be on from April 1st thru October 1st, as every cabin in the area for safety
- Do not leave the fireplace to burn unattended
- You will likely see and hear critters (we are in the woods)
- Bears are dangerous!
- Quality linens and towels to make a memorable experience

Do NOT leave any kids or dogs outside or by the fireplaces unattended!


Pets: Only well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, sorry no cats allowed. There is a non-refundable fee of $150 for each pet registered to stay during your reservation. We do ask that guests - clean and pick up after their pets while on the property and do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time. Please crate them when left alone. The cabin has one metal foldable crate for you to use. No dogs are allowed on the furniture! If you bring your pet you are also assuming full responsibility for them and any damage they may cause. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if your pet is destructive and if there is evidence of them being on the furniture. Failure to register your pet is a violation of our house rules and subject to termination of the reservation without refund and $300 fine.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Standard check In is 4PM or later...Early Check In if available is 1PM for a $125.
