This 4-bedroom home sits at over 3300sqft and boasts 3 separate living rooms including a hangout spot for the kids. The backyard has a wonderful heated pool, private fenced yard, and plenty of outdoor seating. BEST OF ALL...the location ! The home is only a 3 minute drive or 1.4mi to Bellair Beach Access point #1, which is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL white sand beaches on the west coast of Florida. The home is located around the corner from White Knuckle Water Sports, along with Westshore Pizza, Bonefish Grill, and Walgreens. There are tons of restaurants, shops, water activities, and beaches within minutes for you to enjoy. Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. Heat is set to 82 degrees max temp. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82 F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off.
Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool.

Property was true as pictured in listing; home clean. Pool was one of our favorite things at the house we had an awesome time hanging outback. Host and rental company were quick to respond to any questions. Only negative thing id have to say is that a lot of the drawers and closest doors throughout the house were incomplete and not finished being assembled so they just would come off but didn’t bother us we just made sure to not utilize them as much. Overall all we had a very nice trip and the house was perfect for 15 girls and close enough to Tampa or Clearwater area for entertainment and restaurants. Would def recommend staying at this home if your in the area!!

Family Trip

The house was exactly as described. The pool was very nice, open concept for our group of 13 was nice. Also enough separate spaces for the teens and littles to hang out! Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything needed was very accessible. Would highly recommend this house! 10 minute drive to the beach.

Total Scam, DON’T RENT THIS!

Everyone should be aware just how badly this home is misrepresented. The host company (Vacation Rentals of Florida) intentionally accepted our reservation and provided less than half of what was promised. The home heating system was insufficient to warm the house above 60 degrees, the pool was algae filled with a non working filter pump and no heater. Believe it or not, they actually charged us $400 for pool heat too!!! They were aware the entire pool was out of service for months yet took the reservation and informed us of the problem the day of our arrival. The home also cannot fit 19 as advertised, instead maybe 12. And they even tried to charge us for extra guest fees when the listing makes no mention of it. Total scam of a business and thankful that Vrbo has taken up our claim. Stay away from this place!!!

Don’t stay here. False representation. Very disappointed

Outside doesn’t look anything like what the pictures show. Pool heater wasn’t even hooked up and was told it hadn’t been for over a month. Pool was unclean and patio dirty. Outside patio furniture dirty. Furnishing inside very low grade. Balcony dirty so you wouldn’t want to even sit there. Vicious dog barking next door. No pans to cook in oven You would be better off staying at a three star hotel.
