Sip morning coffee on your front porch, then head to the shore - you’re just a half mile from the beach, an easy walk with shops, eateries, and a gas station on the way.

All on one floor, the upscale interior provides all the comforts of home. Kick back on plush furnishings in the sunlit living area and whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen - configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. One bedroom doubles as a home office, and the spa-like bathroom presents a luxe jetted tub.

Shared with the other half of the duplex, the fenced backyard features an outdoor kitchen with a bar, gas stove, and full refrigerator.

Great rental 15 min walk to beach but needs a couple of minor things.

It's a well equipped home with great decor and space. Beds were comfortable and the back yard was a great bonus. shower and bath were good. Parking was easy. 15 min walk to beach It's close to everything you could want as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. Couple of downsides. We found a shirt and underwear were left in the bedroom on the side. The house has an entry alarm that bleeps every time you go through a door. It would go off in our rental when the downstairs rental would use there doors. We were watching TV or having breakfast with the door alarm going off all the time. I wouldn't rent it again unless they get a new cleaning team and fix the alarm. Shame as it really is a nice property.

Never using them again

Once my elderly mother got past the many health hazards (the driveway being redone ) there was trash scattered around the front yard. We let vacasa know about it and asked why we weren’t notified of the construction their reply was simply “sorry that your not having the best stay hope next time will be more enjoyable”. Luckily for us there won’t be a next time with this company.

Great property, horrible management

I’ll start on a positive note; the owners of this property have done a great job with decor and the location of the home is good in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the Seawall strip. The property management company “Vacasa” lacked attention to detail and timely communication. We are so glad we fixed your rental for the rest of your season. The first and biggest issue was safety, upon arrival around 10pm we were unloading the car when our 2 year old starts screaming that she has soap. The property management company left two tide pods in a baggie on the counter which she could easily reach. After an hour on poison control and making sure she was fine I contacted the manager via text about this huge issue and a few smaller ones including dirty towels in the cabinet and 1.5 FOOT tall grass in the backyard. They came day 2 of our stay with new towels and day 3 of our 5 day stay to finally mow the yard. The yard was an inconvenience since we got this rental for our dog and kids, but the lack of contact or concern about the poisonous chemicals left out was a huge problem. Small other issues included the air conditioner not being on when we got there (house was 85* upon arrival), the hot water pilot light being off and no one coming to fix it (my husband had to fix it), and a horribly uncomfortable plastic mattress cover on the master bed. Overall, we will not be renting from Vacasa again. Multiple times we messaged with concerns and they never got back to us with a solution, but would show up a day or two later when we were not home. They said they escalated the tide pod safety situation to local management but have never contacted us to rectify this situation a week later. Overall the house was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, the location was good and the mermaid decor fun! But Vacasa will not be getting our business again.

Highly Recommend!

I loved how cool the house was with such high temperatures outside! We even got cold! There were a couple minor requests that were tended to within the hour. Really appreciate that!
