About this property

The Caribbean meets Seaside in rattan and soothing neutrals. Everything is supplied so just bring yourself, your flip flops and a toothbrush- and enjoy the beach! Wheelchair friendly as well!
Unit 357 was completely gutted and rebuilt in 2022 and it is absolutely astounding! Features central air-conditioning.
Incredible ocean views from this 3rd floor condo! Centrally located in Seaside, just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa features a King bed in the bedroom and new Queen sleeper in the living area, a full kitchen and a walk in shower with detached shower head. Beach items included: Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie boards, beach cooler backpack and a wireless portable bluetooth speaker. Lots of beach toys including frisbees, paddleball, bocce, jazzminton, sand toys, football, nerfball and pool noodles! There are also many books and games!

Please note, this villa is open concept so there is not a door between the bedroom and living room.

Great stay for 2 adults

Ocean view. Steps away from the beach. Close to everything. Big bed, nice towels. Nice kitchen. Quiet even on busy weekend of golf tournament! Host was very helpful. Comfortable for two of us.

A home away from home

The atmosphere was absolutely peaceful, the condo was perfect, the food selection was local and out of this world. Will be returning real soon

S Forest Beach location

Condo convenient to shopping and restaurants. Short walk only a few minutes to the beach. Condo Host very responsive the only downside is that the condo is on the smaller side with limited space for storage of clothing/toiletries. Unit is great for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. I would definitely not put 4 adults into this unit.

Hilton Head Stopover

Very nice and clean condo in a great location. Very convenient to the Coligny area. The king bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our 3 days spent there.

Great Location

Liked that the beach was an easy walk away. Could see and hear the waves from deck. Happy to have 2 beach bikes available for use. Cooling system worked well. King size bed was comfortable. Communal washers/dryers for $1 each in quarters was conveniently located down the hall. Pool available.
