Bed Bugs

After reading the previous review about bed bugs from January, we contacted the Vrbo owner to check on the situation. She said the issue had been taken care of. We requested documents for proof, which she provided. Unfortunately, upon arrival we checked all of the rooms and found both living and dead bed bugs in the Ravenclaw room. There were dead mature bugs on the floor/baseboard and live bugs and eggs on the back of the headboard under the fabric. We contacted her and she did offer us a full refund, but we weren’t able to secure other arrangements for that night until 1am! Before staying at this home, I recommend asking the owner to have the home inspected right before your stay.

BED BUGS!!

Do NOT stay here. Found bed bugs after the second night in two of the rooms. The owner sent a technician over who said YES bed bugs. Stripped all the sheets and shoved them in the closet - said those need to be washed in hot water and put back on after I spray …. we immediately left and checked into a hotel and asked for a partial refund. My daughter and I are still covered in bed bug bites. The owner is refusing to acknowledge an “issue” and doesn’t understand why I wouldn’t continue to stay in the house and a refund is NOT happening. I submitted pictures of the bed bugs AND the bites all over us and still nothing! We were glad to leave. The couch was made out of cardboard and for a small child. Don’t let the cute decor fool you!

Wizard Castle

Enjoyed our time there. Couple things that stuck out but talk to the owner about it. Response time was great. Overall great time at the wizard castle my kids enjoyed every moment.

Host was AMAZING!! House was beautifully decorated and clean. Just made our vacation even more wonderful. When I visit this area again, I will definitely be booking this house!

Beautiful place in a great location

A unique Harry Potter themed house, clean and spacious. Great location, close to Disney, restaurants and Universal. Communication with the host was flawless and she provided all the details needed. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended.
