Summerhouse 308B will leave you captivated with its cozy interior and one-of-a-kind view from three floors up! The interior will make you feel at home and the view will keep you on the balcony. Summerhouse offers one of the best sunsets on the beach, so take a deep breath, sit back, and most of all relax! But wait. Views can also be enjoyed from the open floor plan and main suite. There is a comfortable king bed in the main suite, which also features an adjoining bath and access to the porch. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks. When you book this darling condo, you and your friends will have access to community amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts.

Things to know
During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
