About this property

This is our home away from home. Our condo is not set up like a rental. We have new furniture and lots of art. This building is right on the Ocean at Oceans 23 (formerly the private residences at Captain Morgans). The property has an amazing pool with a swim up bar overlooking the ocean. Come stay at our private luxury condo and I will hook you up with the best places and people to make you feel like a local. The condo is stocked with everything you need: spices for cooking, floats, beach towels, ninja blender, fishing poles and more. Ambergris Caye is an amazing Island with wonderful people. The locals speak English and you use US dollars. We have fast WIFI if you need to keep in touch with work or family. I can email you a several page list of places to go and things to do.

If you really want to travel in style we can arrange concierge service from the time you land all the way to the condo.

UNBELIZEABLE!!!!

Silver was our concierge and picked us up from the airport, he was amazing throughout our trip with anything we needed and great local advice and suggestions! It is about a 10 minute golf cart ride to Oceans 23. The first thing you see is the amazing ocean view then the beautiful pool area. Checking in with Silver was a breeze! The condo was exactly as pictured, only you can never capture the view, stunning! Everything we needed was there, exactly as the listing stated. We played games on the spacious balcony every night. We met some very nice people staying in the complex, the pool wasn’t ever overly busy and we loved it. We did some SCUBA and snorkeling trips, as well as a fishing trip. Silver helped us with all of them, and they were spectacular as well! We loved all of the local food in town and the golf cart rides back-and-forth every day! We love to travel and find new places but there is something about Belize. It's a great place to relax, rekindle your relationship, build new friendships and to party. We are both born and raised in Houston, TX. Debbie and I have owned in Belize for 6 years at the resort. Debbie always starts with an unlimited budget to redecorate and breaks it before she is finished...LOL. Belize is our home away from home. We come every month and have many friends on the island. Up to this point we have only allowed close family and a few clients to go to the condo. Debbie enjoys doing work for the local charities. She has raised over $135,000 for the first island orphanage. We also bring in toys every year for the children living in San Pedro. The locals a exceedingly friendly and happy but do not make much money. We leave out our personal property so you will feel like it's your home too. Fishing poles, spear guns, coolers, yeti cups, spices, floats and much more. I also have a 24' bay boat that we allow our guest to use when it is available. We just ask that you pay our captain and gas for the day. I love to help our customers plan their trip and provide my cell number that you can call or text anytime. Our goal is for you and your loved ones to have the best trip ever.

Why they chose this property

We visit as often as we can (almost every month). The condo is set up where we can work a few hours every morning then go and enjoy the rest of the day. I'm not sure what it is but everyone wants to come back. Our trips keep getting better. We have built incredible friendships from all over the US and the locals are so humble and kind. This is our home away from home. I will send you a list of stuff to do and great places to eat.

What makes this property unique

You will never have the same trip twice. Honestly, we have even done half of the things that are fun to do. We get hung up many times on just doing nothing at all.
