Blocks from freeway access to Beach Cities, near SD Airport, Convention Center, Petco Park, Balboa Park, Downtown, Gaslamp. Entire residential home all to yourself in a quiet neighborhood. Has a front yard with a front porch and a back yard with a deck. Trendy open space design in the living room leading to the dining room, and our favorite, game room/music room. Great space for entertaining with lots of seating and natural light.

Had a great time in San Diego

We had a great time at this lovely house, which was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located

The house was easy to find and had everything we needed. It was a nice oasis for our busy stay. The back patio is darling. The photos are a true representation of the home. The neighborhood has cute shops and restaurants a few blocks over. The neighborhood is gentrifying, but we felt safe during our time there.

Super Convenient & Immaculate

Adorable home close to everything. We stayed for a long weekend to look at colleges and enjoy some of the sights. The home is in the funky and up-and-coming North Park area and a less than 5-minute drive to the main drag with lots of cool restaurants, a Target and a Von's grocery store. Everything we needed was within 10-20 minutes: SDSU, U of SD, Balboa Park and the Zoo, Mission and Ocean beaches, the airport, etc. Traffic was only a problem near the beach at dinnertime. We like that we had our own driveway--one of the few houses on the street that had one. (Take it slow--it's very steep!) The house was immaculate--very clean and with everything you would need (cookware, towels, shampoo and conditioner and even a pitcher of filtered water in the fridge.) The back bedroom was a little toasty at night, even with the AC, but not enough to interfere with sleeping. All of the mattresses on the beds were super comfortable. All-in-all a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!
