Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses an algorithm to adjust it automatically.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on and asked us where we bought the mattresses from.

Visiting for work

I was attending a trade show at McCormick Place and this property was situated within a 10 to 15 minute walk and competitively priced compared to hotels in the area. The property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout the process!

Clean and good location

Overall, it is a fine place and would be a lot better with a few simple updates. The Good: It was one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed in. Parking was an add-on. Right across the street and affordable. Basic furnishings were fine. The kitchen wasn't well stocked but had some basic items if you wanted to cook something simple. Great glassware which may not matter to most but I appreciate. Kitchen needs dishtowels. Appreciated that they give a new unused sponge. The Needs Attention: - The pillows are the worst. The beds aren't great but fine. The pillows were so bad, I had to go out and buy new pillows. - No blankets beyond a light duvet style blanket on each bed. There isn't a top sheet either so if you were cold, you were cold. I also went out and bought some extra blankets. - Living windows are broken. When we arrived the windows were open and it was chilly. We managed to get them closed but those windows should be fixed. Very difficult to close and one of the windows felt like it was off track and could have fallen out completely (it might now have but it felt like that). -We tried making frozen pizza in the oven. Temp was at 350 and the smoke detector kept going off. The oven is vented to the outside and we suspect it isn't vented inside properly. You basically can't use the oven. There are no oven mitts but maybe they don't want you to use the oven. -Thermostat is set to 62 degrees. Every time we tried changing it, it would go back fairly quickly to 62. I'm all for not overheating a place and wasting energy but 62 is too cold.
