Great location and view
We recently stayed here. The resort was easy to find. The condo had a great view of the beach. Everything was nice and clean. The owner was super nice. If we had questions, she would answer them promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as advertised. There were six of us and we had plenty of room.

great condo with fabulous views
While the decorations (wallpaper) are a little dated the property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The two outside areas were great and both had spectacular unimpeded views of the coastline and spectacular sunsets. It is a real bonus that when one was windy the other was not. Both king beds were very comfortable.
Weve been staying at Ocean Creek for the last 10 years never had a bad time.

One of the best views on the beach. Condo was clean and spacious; could use some updates but was functional. Great location.
Great Views but disappointing experience
On the positive side this condo had amazing views and very comfortable beds. However we spent the first full day of our vacation resolving multiple issues such as the keys not working in the locks reliably, a hair dryer that didn’t work, and getting access to the beach locker. Most disturbing was it seemed the unit had not been cleaned. There were clean towels on the beds, but walking on living room floor barefoot resulted in blackened feet. The kitchen floor had hair and grit, knobs and cabinets needed wiping down, sheets were bunched up in one bedroom as though bed had not been changed and stains were in bedding. Looked like toilet in one bathroom had a spot where someone had missed when using it. We spent the first morning mopping all floors, washing bed linens ( which washed out some of the stains) wiping down kitchen and cleaning bathrooms. By early afternoon we had rest of the issues resolved. The owner did respond promptly and worked with us to get that done. However, we asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded and as of today (15 days after request) no news on that despite A verbal and email request and opening a case the day we checked out with HomeAway. Spoke to HomeAway twice, but even though our prepayment went to HomeAway, the owner has to refund the cleaning fee. Pictures on the website were not current; unit needs a good deep clean, repairs and maintenance. We love the Ocean Creek Resort, but in future I will book through the resort and will be hesitant to use HomeAway again. Would not rent this unit again.
