Summary:
This residence is situated in the Bay View Tower, which is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula and is directly adjacent to Sanibel Island and the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Guests will find themselves pampered with access to fantastic amenities including a private beach and more than six restaurants and lounges within walking distance. Renovated September 2022, the unit boasts beautiful new upgrades throughout.

The Space:
The unit itself features two bedrooms that both share waterfront views facing Sanibel Island and Pine Island Sound, the master bedroom featuring a large King bed and the guest bedroom featuring two full beds. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and large vanity. The guest bedroom features a detached hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination and large vanity. The residence also features a sleeper sofa in the living room and possesses a total sleeping capacity of 6 adults. In terms of the cooking, guests will find all they could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals in the fully equipped kitchen of this residence. There is also a large panoramic balcony with seating for up to six adults that features a direct waterfront exposure, sharing sweeping views of Pine Island Sound.

Guest Access:
Please note that some of the amenities such as the pool and spa might not be available for your stay. The association is working hard to restore these amenities after being damaged by the hurricane so please check with us before booking.
The nearby Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa features six on-site restaurants and lounges within walking distance; the award-winning Courtside Steakhouse, The Tarpon House Restaurant, Charley's Cabana Bar, Palm Court Bakery, The Cove, and the Sanibel Harbour Princess (Dinner cruise aboard a 100 ft. luxury yacht). Please note that some restaurants might not be open yet due to damage from the hurricane, please call in advance to confirm.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located adjacent to the Sanibel Harbour Resort, a highly rated Marriot owned property that features bountiful shopping, dining, entertainment, and spa offerings. The residence is also less than a five minute drive to Sanibel Island (simply take a left out of the condo to be merged onto the Sanibel Causeway) and approximately a ten minute drive to Fort Myers Beach.

Post Hurricane spring break

The pictures don't do it justice! We came down for spring break with the family. The private beach was perfectly groomed daily. We watched dolphins, manatees and seabirds off the lania daily. It had all the amenities we expected and everything was in perfect working condition. Nice restaurants nearby with live music daily and access to Sanibel was only a few minutes away. Thanks for the great stay!

What a wonderful place!

This property was an amazing find!! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the beds were amazing, the view was spectacular. We can’t wait to go back.

Lovely home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication from the owner was wonderful from the day we booked it through our entire stay. Location is wonderful, close to anything you want to do. Beds were comfy and we found every amenity we would ever need. The unit was definitely showing its age but still very comfortable. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful area.
