**BEDROOMS**
This stunning Charleston carriage home has two bedrooms upstairs and can sleep up to six guests comfortably. Both of these professionally decorated bedrooms have top-of-the-line King-sized beds, name-brand linens, ceiling fans, and a flat-screen TV. Each bedroom features beautiful hardwood floors, antique furniture and large windows that fill the space with sunlight.

Plenty of storage space means you can unpack and make yourself at home. A small fridge refrigerator is in each of the guest room for your convenience.

Additionally, there is a luxurious Queen Sized Sofa bed for any additional guests to utilize located in the living room of the Carriage House. If you need to get some work done during your stay, you’ll be happy to find a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace that is a comfortable place to sit down and be productive.

**BATHROOMS**
This beautiful home has two full bathrooms. They are attached to the two bedrooms upstairs. The modern bathrooms feature walk-in showers, bowl sinks, plenty of storage space, mirrored vanities, and hotel-quality towels.

**KITCHEN & LOUNGE**
The location of this historic cottage puts you just a short walk from some of the best restaurants in downtown Charleston. But on nights when you want to cook at home, the stylish and functional kitchenette gives you the space and appliances you need to do it comfortably.

The sleek black stone countertops, open shelves, and custom cabinets give a modern feel. You’ll find all the gadgets and appliances you need to reheat leftovers or make a quick bite, including a toaster oven, blender, and microwave. You can enjoy your meals in the downstairs bedroom area when the murphy bed is folded away.

The bright, open living room effortlessly blends classic southern charm with luxurious modern decor. The living room features a large sofa, two side tables with lamps, a club chair, a rectangular coffee table, a large wall mirror, and a flat-screen TV in the armoire.

Large windows fill the space with sunlight, and the comfortable vintage-inspired furniture gives everyone a comfortable place to unwind, read, watch movies, and plan their adventures for the day.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
As a guest here, you have access to the shady front porch that looks out over the bustling city streets. Lounge on the outdoor lounge furniture with your favorite drink and enjoy the vibrant downtown vibes. The bright pink exterior and blue accents make the home a bold fixture in town, and a front porch is an excellent place for a family vacation photo.

Stairs lead from the porch down to a fire pit, and a pathway leads you right out to the historic streets of Downtown Charleston. Be sure to borrow one of the bikes available and enjoy exploring the countless popular eateries nearby.

For toiletries - think hotel amenities. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, coffee, cream and sugar, beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen.

Guest Access:
As a guest here, you have exclusive access to your particular suite and will be given a unique key code to access it. The other areas of the inn will be shared with other travelers. Breakfast is served daily in the common lounge on the first floor.

Please note that to access the main house of the Inn, where breakfast is served, it will be necessary to climb stairs without ramp access. There is not an elevator present at the property.

You will have one parking spot, but it's important to note that these spots can be tight, and it's important to follow the instructions to ensure everyone fits. These parking spots can not accommodate oversized vehicles. If you're coming with an oversized vehicle, we can provide a parking spot a few blocks away.

When you stay here, you are free to use the shared patio space, great room, shared bathroom, and other common areas.

From here, you're just minutes from the vibrant downtown district and close to local grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, stores, and historical sites.

Charleston is an extremely pedestrian-friendly city, and you are free to use the bikes on-site to explore the city on two wheels.

The Neighborhood:
What do we love about this neighborhood? Everything!

Each house is unique. The culinary scene for which the Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. Xiao Bao Biscuit, 132 Spring, The Grocery, The Ordinary, Chez Nous, Cannon Green, and Fuel (from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives) are all just around the corner - among countless others. The fantastic restaurants and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk but far enough to not keep you up all night.

Getting Around:
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 2 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.

No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 10pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
