An outdoor tropical landscape and fenced in backyard with updated interiors, this unit has everything you need from Wi-Fi to walkable restaurants. Just a few minutes drive or uber into central downtown, nightlife, and Las Olas, this cute and classic Fort Lauderdale neighborhood will be sure to win you over. This is about 15 minutes to the beach and about 12 minutes to the airport.

This is an old Florida style neighborhood with some nice new places and options! The Riverside Market is a cool local spot one block away from the property with 350 varieties of beer and delicious food. The pizza spot is also a block away and has amazing pizza! You can also walk to the neighborhood park with a kids playground and pretty outdoor space. You can walk to Florida's only functioning swing bridge and watch the boats go by.

Not What We Expected

The unit is in a diverse, very old neighborhood with buildings ranging from motel-style buildings and small homes/bungalows (mostly) to million-dollar homes (least). Lots of speed bumps and dead-end roads. However, we never felt unsafe walking in the area, even at night. Unit 4 is on the second floor. Pictures make it look larger than it actually is. W/D is on the ground level in the courtyard area. $1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry so bring quarters if you're planning to do laundry. Unit does not have satellite/cable. It has an antenna and Samsung Plus TV. Limited channels. You can stream if you have your own services. Unit was one of the dirtiest we've ever been to. The management company sent a cleaning lady come back to re-do some of the really bad issues. There were also necessary items missing from the unit which were also brought to us. The existing TV antennas were replaced to help with signal distortions. The new ones helped considerably but did not solve the problem, and not all the network channels were available. We made several suggestions to the management company/owner to improve the appearance and functionality of this unit.
