Maria Breeze is a beautiful newly renovated (2018) 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath Villa located in St. John, US Virgin Islands. This home is ideal for large families and groups traveling together.
The property is situated at the Top of Maria Bluff with a sensational 180 Degree Ocean and Mountain Views and steady trade winds. This large-scale home is perfectly positioned on St. John to enjoy island services and the National Park. Perfect for a group wanting to be centrally located!

The Space:
Maria Breeze consists of three separate living areas on the main level attached by covered decks and stairways. The decor is a wonderful nod to traditional island living with stone masonry, pitched ceilings, white washed walls, and cool breezy colors combined with clean lines and modern appliances.

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with a private bath and ceiling fans. There are 3 king bedrooms on the main level and 2 King bedrooms on the lower level, each with full baths. There is also a separate 1/2 bath on the main level.

Moving outdoors, the Villa boasts an expansive horseshoe shaped deck complete with a roof for all-weather enjoyment. It has generous outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a large outdoor dining table. Below the deck, a sun-drenched pool awaits a relaxing day in the sun followed by a cool plunge.

Guest Access:
The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the ferry or at the villa for check in. Specific arrangements will be made depending on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island.

Amazing views and property

We had an amazing vacation staying at Maria Breeze! The views were breathtaking and the house was a perfect place to relax and everyone had ample space to spread out. Everything about the check in process was easy and team was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to return! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great house in a great location...

This is a magnificent house in a great part of the island. The views and breeze are some of the best we have seen in our many times to St. John. Can't recommend this place enough and the entire staff for the property make it very seemless.

Maria Breeze

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood atop a tall hill with excellent views. The house was well appointed with modern appliances and refreshed updating. Each bedroom had it's own outside entrance so privacy was not a problem. Brendan and his team at BookVI were great and very quick to return a call or come over if there was an issue. Our only one suggestion is that the pool was freezing, as it was in the shade most of the day, we jumped in but quickly got out. Overall it was a wonderful villa and we would definitely rent again.
