Hibernation Station is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home in the sprawling Big Canoe Community of North Georgia. With space for up to 12 guests, the conveniences of home, access to community perks, and almost 2,000 square feet of space, Hibernation Station has all you need for a fun family vacation or a great getaway with friends!

The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime easy, or you can toss some burgers on the grill outside. This pet-friendly home also has Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a TV so guests can kick back and unwind. When you want to get out, explore the many amenities of Big Canoe. This gated community boasts an outdoor pool and rock slide, a fitness center and sauna, lakes and waterfalls, hiking trails, picnic spots, restaurants, a grocery store, a post office, and plenty of space to enjoy nature! There is a world-class golf course nearby, along with great fishing at the lake that's within walking distance of the property!

Perfect location!

We were there for my son’s wedding. This house was very convenient to the tennis facility, Chapel, marina, and big field where my son and his groomsmen played football/frisbee. Keep in mind that there are only 2 parking spots at the house, but we parked additional cars at the nearby facilities.
