Beautiful and comfortable house about 20 minutes from all main parks. Located in a quiet, pretty neighborhood close to many restaurants, about 7 min from Walmart, Publix, open malls and near the famous complex of Champions Gate.

The neighborhood is open, and the house is very easy to find through maps. Guests will be able to park on the ramp of the house or in front of it and we will be providing them with a front door code so they do not have to worry about a house key.

Main entrance has electronic lock to ensure safety and easy access. Guests will have a very wonderful stay, in a newly renovated house with access to all that it has to offer; such as a full kitchen, laundry room, clean towels and sheets, pool etc.

Hampton Lakes is a premier community conveniently located on US 27 in Polk County just 15 minutues from Walt Disney World and close to all the other attractions that central Florida has to offer. Well known and highly regarded, Hampton Lakes is set in the rural rolling hills of Polk County to the south-west of Orlando. The community has 448 spacious single-family homes nestled among Oak tree lined avenues and over 600 Palm trees. Homes vary from 3 to 7 bedrooms and all feature a private  pool. From the manicured lawns and landscaped gardens to the tennis/basketball courts and childrens play facilities Hampton Lakes and every home is maintained to the highest standard and provides a perfect base and a place to rest after a long day visiting one of the many Orlando attractions.Hampton Lakes' location provides easy access to the Interstate 4 making it easy to get to both of the Florida Coasts, the sugar white sands of the Gulf Coast to the West and the Atlantic coast to the East where you can find surfers taking to the sea.

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.܏
