In summer, the crystal-like shine of the lake beckons with all sorts of waterfront activities. Hiking trails, golf, and river rafting are also traveler favorite pastimes. In the winter, the mountain truly comes alive with the exciting winter sports of cross-country and downhill skiing. A lineup of fun restaurants and nightly entertainment are mere minutes away from this comfortable hotel.

Inside you'll find two comfy Queen beds and a TV with streaming services in case you need to catch up on your favorite shows. A minifridge is provided to keep hiking snacks fresh, while a coffee maker sits on a breakfast bar with a microwave for on-the-go touring. Wash off the lake or snow with the walk-in shower, perfect after a long day of fun in the mountains.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Shower at your own risk!

This place was a great location and decent price point. However, the shower situation was a bit scary since the water temperature was not consistent and would range from scalding hot to icy cold without touching anything. Shower at your own risk!

Great location!

Location, property, and amenities are awesome here. The check in process was a little annoying in that we had to call and verify our identity (with little phone service) only to wait for an automated lock that wouldn't work even 5 mins before 4pm. Overall the place was updated and great for the price!

Great waterfront location!

Convenient location and great value in King's Beach! I would say that the front door lock is a bit hard to figure out, but not a dealbreaker. Would stay there again for attending future weddings in Lake Tahoe.
