About this property

Welcome to our guest house! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom living space is completely private and ready for your stay. It is equipped with a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The unit is located above our garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs and a firepit that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood(around 1 mile) and about a 20 min drive to downtown STL.

Downtown Kirkwood is a quaint area full of restaurants and shops to explore. The Amtrak station is also very close!

Please note: There is a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. If you need assistance with luggage or anything, just ask!

Please park in the street, we do need access to our driveway. You can use the driveway for loading/unloading as needed.

WONDERFUL - Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I stayed here while visiting some friends in St. Louis. The apartment is located above the garage but do not let that deter you. Ryan was super friendly we ran into him a few times but there was NO awkwardness or inconvenience getting to or from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and comfy and larger than expected. Kirkwood is a beautiful area, safe and very close to downtown St. Louis. Would Definitely Stay here again.

A great little guesthouse!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and in a location where it was easy to get around Kirkwood and surrounding areas. Great host who communicated well. Plan to stay again!
