"The Americana" - A beautifully maintained, sensitively restored and beautifully furnished private residence with charming child safe beach. And the perfect rental for those that appreciate a traditional colony interior from the bead board walls, the new kitchen, lovely views, and the privacy of the adjacent woods. This lovely four season home located on Lake Winnipesauke is the perfect place for those wanting comfort and lovely surroundings. This home features a new fully equipped kitchen with pro stove and built in refrigerator. A large entertain sized patio with multiple grills and a professional six person sauna - a rarity. One minute to the private, sandy and child safe beach. Three or four bedrooms a maximum of six guest, dog friendly for tame dogs, air conditioning, a home office, a home theatre, a wonderful sound system in the living room and the primary bedroom. This house is a comfortable and cozy place to be. Lovely, traditional artwork throughout adds to the ambience of this lovely home. Cathedral ceiling combination living room dining room and kitchen. Horse shoe driveway lined with traditional Kerosene lamps and pathway lighting. New washer and dryer machine. The home theatre features a new 4K widescreen TV with motorize tv mount, 5.1 surround sound, 60 channels including HBO and HBO max, DVD player with substantial CD library. Gas and wood fired grill (bring your own charcoal) and fire pit (bring your own wood). The professional electric sauna is a real treat. Pour water on the hot rocks for the enjoyment of a steam sauna. This is a dog friendly house for well behaved dogs with a 70 foot dog run for dogs under 60 pounds off the back door. Please note, no dogs on the furniture and cats are not allowed. This house also features a new $7,000 dollar pellet stove for the occasional cool night. 20 minutes to lots of fun four season activities at gun stock which includes horseback riding, Ebike trail runs, a woodland rollercoaster ride daytime activities for kids. The beach is smaller, but private, sandy and very child safe with no drops. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything, a gourmet might need a pizza oven. This is a lovely house to be enjoyed.

Cote vacation '23

It's a nice place to have my small family at. Everything was as expected in the house. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a great AC system. The bathroom has a washer and dryer in it. It has an old Weber grill that works great. That design and cooking crate work very well. The private beach was clean and a short 2 minute walk away. It is small, about 10' wide, but it was fine for the 3 of us. Access to the boat launch is close by. It's a bit tricky with turning around, as all the roads are narrow, but was easy to do with planning it out ahead of time. We used the next street to turn around at. The only small negative was the shower's a bit small and the water pressure is pretty low. It just takes a little longer to rinse off.

Wonderful house

The house had everything we needed and more. Spacious, confortable and clean. My wife was very happy with the kitchen that has all the necessary items. The instructions throughout the house on how to use the various appliances /electronics was very helpful. I’m sure we’ll be back next summer!

Great Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The three bedrooms were great and allowed everyone to have their space. The location is very quiet and shaded by huge trees. There is lake access just a short walk down the road. Brewster Beach is about 10 minutes away and was wonderful and not crowded like Weir Beach. Overall this place was great.
