The dining room with seating for 9 people features a collapsing wall with a phantom screen leading to the outdoor patio, fireplace and limestone hearth. This is a perfect space for s'mores under the stars.

The HYDEOUT is located within walking distance of Country Club Estates' public 9-hole golf course, which also offers a recently renovated playground with tennis and basketball courts. The HYDEOUT is 1 minute from the Village of Fontana's public beach.

Also enjoy the HYDEOUT Coach House, which includes a full garage offering an additional washer and dryer. There is also a washing station for sandy feet! The upper level is an office space with bonus play area including dual monitors, air conditioning/heat, audio system, TV and lounge area with futon.

Excellent Property

Recently upgraded, and in immaculate shape. In a great neighborhood near the beach and restaurants, and shopping/grocery/etc... The property owners are great people and I would stay here again! Highly recommend!!

A Much Needed Break

What a beautiful home. So much space to spread out but to be close to family at the same time. The lot and neighborhood are awesome. Super for walks and exploring. Close to everything. 4th of July was busy, as expected, but lots of options on activities. No need to go out as cooking in was our favorite. Had never been to Fontana/Lake Geneva before. Highly recommended.

Adam grew up in Fontana and it captured his heart. We have witnessed the growth of the west end of Lake Geneva for the last 15 years and have always dreamed to own a part of this relaxing but exclusive lake living.

This is our dream house that we are excited to share with others so they too can experience the luxury retreat of The HYDEOUT. Escaping the city life for Country Club Estates, breathing the country air and lake living soothes the soul.

Why they chose this property

There are many beautiful properties in Fontana but this one is unique in that the house captures some historic character of the original front door, leading to the sunroom and it maintains the original sunroom sliding windows but everything has been updated with the highest end touches that gives it a glamorous feel, especially with the custom made gas lamps on the house and Coach house.
