Not to mention, there is a park/playground and tennis courts within walking distance from the property. We offer high-speed internet with WiFi and a small workspace in the master. 3rd bedroom is set up for 4 kids w/ 2 sets of bunk beds.

The modern interior features comfy beds, a coffee bar, and a large granite island that everyone will want to congregate around. The backyard has a 6 person dining table and a nice charcoal/wood grill & smoker. BBQ tools are provided but you must bring your own charcoal or wood. **This property is designed to accommodate 4 adults & 4 children. No more than 4 adults are allowed per booking.** Texas-sized driveway with plenty of room to park your boat! We are baby/toddler friendly and have toys, a high chair, pack & play, bunk beds and outlet covers to keep the kiddos safe!



We offer contactless check-in via unique smart access codes for each guest which deactivate after your checkout for security purposes. We will communicate about local attractions closer to your check-in date and this information will also be available in the Welcome Book. We are always a text away if you have any questions.

Our home is located in a climate that is teeming with insects & wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter wasps, snakes, ants, scorpions etc. While we do utilize quarterly pest control services at all properties we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home. We do our best to prevent this from occurring and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.
