Santa Barbara beach living at its finest! Our home has a California modern style with Spanish accents. It offers a private and lush setting with indoor/outdoor living in a beach community. The house has a brand new Nordic hot tub in the backyard, perfect for soaking in after the beach. The home is is walking distance to the beach, surfing, park, biking, nature preserve, cafe, natural food market, and fun restaurants!
