you in the background. Beautiful views of the intracoastalwater way, short walk to beach, nice fenced in

yard, in a quiet neighborhood of North Topsail Beach. This property is a great couples retreat or a family

spot that even the furry family member will fall in love.

This property has 2 Queen bedrooms on top level. One bedroom with sound views and the other faces the ocean. Dining room, Kitchen and living on main level.Built -in hall bunks.

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee and Pet Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. One Pet Fee of $300.00 is NOT automatically included in the rental rates. If you are bringing a Pet please call our office to have this fee added.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

Cancellations under 60 days from check in are nonrefundable unless we rebook your stay. Pay $300 change fee; remainder of deposit will be returned.

Family friendly

Plenty of room and space for an enjoyable stay. The driveway isn’t marked or paved so it made it very confusing and difficult to know where to pull into the property, especially when arriving at night. The only other odd thing was all the linens(towels, sheets. Kitchen towels,etc) were inside a Rubbermaid tub in the dining room. After we searched the entire house for linens, we then had to make our beds. Sort of like arriving at summer camp. That was a first for us - I’ve never stayed in a rental where we had to make all our beds and distribute the towels throughout the house. There were also only two trash bags in the kitchen so by the end of our 4 night we didn’t have trash bags. Just several odd things that should be better. Overall, good location for families and the house is comfortable enough.
