Enjoy an artistic nature retreat that's close to everything! 10 minutes to downtown (closest you can be without staying in a true homeshare due to local regulations!), 10 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, 20 minutes to the Airport. You'll be enchanted by the hidden getaway in the woods and love all the local art in the home by artist Hollen Koenig. Enjoy the fire flies in the summer and sounds of the babbling brook, or sit in the summer evening around the fire pit.

The home has three bedrooms: a king and two queens; the master bedroom has a memory foam king sized bed and private en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms have pillow top queen sized beds with desks. Our signature Harry Potter closet on the lower level is great for kids and has a fold out mattress with tons of local art! All bedrooms have closets, dressers, and plenty of space for your belongings.

We have two full bathrooms each with a tub/shower and a powder room in the common area. We'll have fresh linens and towels ready for you, as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryers and ironing equipment.

====== KITCHEN =====

We have a large open concept kitchen that is well stocked with a coffee maker, coffee, blender, pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. Each eating area seats 6 plus. The kitchen has a gorgeous deck with view of the forest and additional seating so you can enjoy the beautiful setting.

Highly recommend this beautiful Artist Retreat!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It is beautiful and extremely comfortable. One of the few places that we would love to return too if we find ourselves in the Ashville area again. The host was great at communicating, and we would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the house. The house is in a great location, not far from downtown Asheville & the Parkway. We had everything we needed at the house, it is very well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Shannon was a great communicator. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Asheville.

Loved it!

We had a fabulous stay at this adorable house. Everything was clean, the location was beautiful and quiet while being close enough to where we wanted to go and parking was a breeze. My kids especially loved the nook under the stairs and the wagon with blocks was a huge hit! Navigating the TV was easy and when we wanted to play a game there was a whole selection to choose from. We didn’t use the oven, but the kitchen was charming and had everything we needed for take out. If I had to complain about something, it would be that we only had 4 bath towels for 7 people staying but we made it work. The owner was responsive and attentive. It was a pleasure! So glad we chose this place. We would gladly stay here again!!

Great weekend trip!

Stayed here for a long weekend and the house was perfect. Close to everything Asheville has to offer, with plenty of space for my family that was staying here. We would stay here again.

Spacious and Comfortable

My four friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this house, a bargain for price offered! The house was close to everything we needed via car and there was adequate space in the home as well. The owners were very responsive as well, and I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Asheville. We would love to stay again!

Our place in Asheville is quite literally one of the closest places you can rent a whole house to the downtown area. We're super close to the best attractions but you can still feel the wild nature all around you. It's a special house!
