Native Colorado family, longing for beach life, purchased a home on Sanibel to ensure we would end up there eventually.
Why they chose this property
We are a large family that loves sharing time and meals together - this house offers the best environment to do just that. Large open family room / dining / kitchen makes gathering easy. Private lanai available to escape for nap time.
What makes this property unique
The separate pool cabana is a perk! Allows a place to mix drinks, make appetizers, prepare a BBQ and entertain pool side. I have had families visit the beautiful island of Sanibel and never make it to the beach. This home has is all.
The topical botanic garden that exists on the property is exceptional. You will find such a variety of tropical vegetation. The home sits on nearly a half acre and offers complete and total privacy and peace.
