KITCHEN & DINING
The country kitchen has a gas range, double-basin sink, and ample counter space for meal prep. Natural wood cabinets hold every gadget and piece of cookware the chef in your group might need.
When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table, or head outside for an al fresco meal.
BED & BATH
The home sleeps up to seven guests in two upstairs bedrooms.
Access the master bedroom through a privacy curtain (no door) to find a cozy full-size bed. The second bedroom has three twin-size beds and a full-size bed (also with no door).
A walk-in shower can be found in the main-floor bathroom.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step outside to your patio to dine among the pines at the six-person dining table.
THE LOCATION
South Lake Tahoe offers exceptional skiing in the winter and crystal-clear swimming in the summer months. The Heavenly gondola is a half-mile from your door (about a 9-minute walk).
Before heading out for a hike or a paddle, fuel up with breakfast at Driftwood Cafe in 5 blocks. Ski Run Boat Company has all your rental needs less than 1 mile away.

All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 7 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets are permitted. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
