The fun at Northstar Village is less than a mile from this 4BR/2.5BA condo! Recently updated, you'll enjoy brand-new additions such as a gas fireplace, a sleek kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. Make use of the gas grill on the balcony or sip morning coffee on the lower patio. A free shuttle is available to whisk you from your door to the base of the mountain. Pay a visit to the North Star Recreation Center to dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub.

Located less than a mile from Northstar Village, you can drive to the slopes and shops in minutes; or catch a free ride on the community shuttle! Travel just 2 miles to play an invigorating round at Northstar Golf Course. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

Large windows flood the living area with sunshine. Kick back on the spacious sectional to watch Netflix on the smart TV or snuggle up by the gas fireplace. Home chefs will be pleased to find all-new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Perch at the island bar for two as dinner simmers. Share home-cooked meals around the table for five in the dining area. Head out to the patio and dine alfresco at a table for two.

The primary bedroom boasts a California king-size bed and a smart TV. The private patio is furnished with a table for two. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The third bedroom holds a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom holds two twin beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. Like many homes in the area, this property does not have air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
