The house is located in a small and very well maintained complex of a total of 7 stone houses at the highest point of the village Giuncarico. It has a private entrance, a cozy garden with terrace and a roof terrace from which you can see a fantastic view of the Maremma, its hills and even the sea.
The house is divided as follows: entrance on the ground floor by private front garden, spacious living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette and dining table; Guest toilet. From the living room you enter the garden, where you can enjoy the culinary specialties of Tuscany at the dining table or just sunbathe. In the 1. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a small living room and a bathroom. In the attic (2. First floor) is the second double bedroom. From this floor you reach, through a glass door, on the roof terrace. From here you can see the unique starry sky and sure you will see a few shooting stars. In the attic there is a sink and the washing machine.
Giuncarico is a typical, cozy Tuscan village with about 300 inhabitants, a butcher, a small grocery store, where you also get fresh bread, two bars and a good restaurant right in the historic part of the village square. Giuncarico has a public swimming pool in a great panoramic position. Here you can alternatively relax to the nearby sea and refresh yourself.
The beaches of Follonica. Marina di Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia,. , , You can reach in 20 - 30 minutes by car. The water is clean and bathing is absolutely safe for children, as there are no dangerous currents or shoals here. Gavorrano and Punta Ala each have an 18-hole golf course.
