The dining table offers seating for six and the kitchen bar seats three.

The first suite is outfitted with a California king bed, gas fireplace, and a TV. The en-suite bath provides a walk-in shower with a bench.

The second suite includes a California king bed, gas fireplace, and a TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The third suite provides a California king bed, gas fireplace, and a TV. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower.

A half bath adds convenience.

The expansive patio offers a huge swimming pool with a waterfall hot tub and chaise loungers, plus million-dollar fairway views. A built-in gas grill, dining table, and a lounge area with a gas fireplace complete the space.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 80 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
