New central air and heating, 2 zones. Gas fireplace. Large dining table, seats 10-12, coffee bar in kitchen and covered front porch. Firepit and new grill pad with new grill. NEW* Outdoor shower and foot washing station. In town location, walk to shops, restaurants, Farmers' Market, rental bikes and scooters. Short drive to beach. Chincoteague Island is a small quaint town with alot of charm. Home has puzzles, books and 5 TVs for rainy days.

Cancer-versary celebration

We were visiting Black Narrows Brewery for an October Forest festival and celebrating 5 years cancer free. The house was perfect and a short walk to the brewery. We brought food, cooked, enjoyed the fire pit and the great friendships. Wonderful stay!

Great house for a large group

Loved that there was a dining table with room for all eleven of us as well as enough seating in the living room for a family movie. Since the owners provide towels I would suggest a couple of dishtowels for the kitchen. Also I was surprised that there was no large pot for corn, crabs, etc.

Great house!

We stay on Chincoteague at least once or twice a year and this home was by far the best spot! A walk from just about everything, very clean and very spacious. There wasn’t a great picture to feature the living/family room but it was very spacious. We will definitely be booking again!
