About this property

Stay at one of the most well-located, updated, modern, and private buildings across from the beach. This intracoastal water view condo has been beautifully upgraded throughout, with new furniture and decor for a fantastic vacation experience.

The master bedroom, with new Queen bed, private bathroom, walk in closet and a 42 inch smart TV is designed for full privacy and enjoyment. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with new upgraded mattress, and is located away from the living room area for quiet and privacy. The kitchen is all updated with granite countertops and quality appliances, and is completely stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and kitchenware. Inside, you'll also have access to free WiFi Internet service, couple of quality beach chairs, bicycles, beach towels and beach cart. There is a full-size washer and dryer inside for your use, and the unit has a private assigned parking space.

The living room area includes a dining area and large screen TV, and leads out to the large private balcony. Relax outside, and watch over the kids in the pool, or just enjoy the incredible views of the dolphins, manatees, and our amazing sunsets!

Spring Break

We have stayed at Bella’s place several time because we enjoy it so much. It is perfectly located for our visit to see our daughter who attends Eckerd College. We love the amenities, like the pool, bikes, and short walk to the beach.

Perfect Spot

My husband and I stayed with another couple for a quick weekend to go to a wedding. It was the perfect amount of space for us. the little pool was lovely, but if you are going to use the hot tub, be sure to let it warm up at least 20 minutes before you get in. We saw dolphins swimming in the waterway! The listing says 4 bikes, but they weren't around, which was a bit of a bummer. It was a bit of a bummer that the AC can only go down to 72 because our bedroom seemed pretty stuffy. We could get a cross breeze going if we left the patio sliders open and our window and door open. Communication was great and we were able to check in a couple hours early, so we could get cleaned up for the rehersal dinner. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

Met our friends from NJ & our condo was perfect. Kitchen very well stocked. Enjoyed sitting on patio overlooking pool area in AM. Accommodations totally met our needs. Good location. Short walk to beach & restaurants.

Wonderful view

Every morning I looked out at our view of the coastal waterway and was instantly happy. I saw dolphins, lots of sea birds and boats. Our daughter came to stay for a week and our two granddaughters visited as well. We had plenty of room. We used the hot tub, but were disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated; we would have used it every day. Just to let people know: there’s only ONE nice restaurant in town.
