We are pleased to present this newly updated 1-bedroom condo at Shadow Ridge. Situated at the bottom of Mountain Village, Shadow Ridge is a short four-minute walk from the Park City slopes and all Mountain Village has to offer. Enjoy an outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, fully equipped fitness room, and sauna.

A top-floor unit, this condo boasts mountainous views from the balcony. The newly remodeled interior invites you into a fresh and clean space. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you might need to craft your favorite meals. Gather around the dining table which seats up to seven, while the breakfast bar provides seating for three. The living room features a comfortable love seat and sofa (which doubles as a sleeper for two) surrounding an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV. In the master bedroom, take comfort on the king-sized bed.

And you will enjoy luxury touches that are the hallmark of Luxury Mountain Destinations / Canyons Village Rentals, including luxury L'Occitane amenities, real down comforters (please let us know should you have allergies and we will substitute down alternative), high thread count luxury linens, robes, and more.

Shadow Ridge has an on-site laundry room with coin or app-operated machines.

Please note: pool is open seasonally both winter (dates corresponding to that of the ski resort) and summer (from memorial day weekend through labor day weekend). All other amenities including gym and hot tub are year round.

***Long term (28 night or longer) stays are only accepted April through November.

Nice place

Overall great stay. Very close to mountains. Safe where room keys were had wonky handle so some anxiety in getting it open. Back bedroom and shower were separated by a door so I’m sure noise could be heard from our room, hopefully not. Otherwise nice place updated.

Perfectly located and comfortable

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay! Everything was just as described. Do note, the walls in this condo building are quite thin.

Great little condo with easy access to everything Park City

This is a great location for anyone wanting to be close to the slopes but also a short walk to Main Street. Shuttle stop is very convenient if you prefer not to walk to Main Street. Lifts are very easy to get to, basically just across the parking lot. Only drawback to this unit is the lockout door to an adjacent unit has a large gap at the bottom, which makes it very loud between the units. This could be easily remedied by a weatherstrip on the bottom of the door.
