Welcome to Villa #32 – a light, bright, clean and comfortable, lower-level 1 bedroom, 1 bath 780 sqft apartment with plenty of privacy. This fully furnished unit offers a spacious living room with pull out couch and kitchenette including a small refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric two burner stovetop. In the bedroom there is a cozy queen bed ample drawer space and a closet. A small work space is provided in the bedroom as well as a TV with cable. The bathroom offers double sinks, plenty of cabinets and counter space, and a separate tub/shower and toilet room.

Broken Top is a quiet, gated community located on the Westside of Bend, close to locally-loved restaurants, shopping centers, and coffee shops. The villa is a central waypoint between the outdoor adventures of Central Oregon and in-town hotspots like Downtown Bend, Northwest Crossing, and the Old Mill District. You can float the river in the summer and ski Mt. Bachelor in the winter.

Great stay as always.

Always good to have a place I can book direct and save on the tremendous amount of fees when I book through a 3rd party app. Second time staying with Arrived and was great, and awesome to have amenities stocked up throughout my stay so I didn't have to worry about too much. Were very quick to respond when I needed a battery replacement for the fire alarm.

A Thanksgiving Week stay

A wonderful cozy spot for morning coffee and watching the news and movies. We spent the day with family nearby and felt like we were coming home each night!!!
