Perfect Stay

Family came to Florida for the holidays and this home exceeded expectations. It’s very well laid out allowing for togetherness and privacy. We had a small dog with us, and this home was a great place for her. I would definitely rent again.

Great location, great home that makes you feel comfortable and like you’re at your own home. Shawn is a wonderful host and very responsive. Anytime we are visiting this way, we are sure to look here first.

Cozy warm and comfortable

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family and pets. Wonderful to have 2 bathrooms and a place to do laundry. Nice areas to walk the dogs. (special wish to have small area fenced in back so I wouldn’t have to go out in my pj’s 😂) Great kitchen with all the appropriate amenities. Felt just like being home. On a little bit of a busy road but once you got the technique down, no problems. Shawn was a great host and responded quickly whenever we had an inquiry. Had a great stay!

This home has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. It is well equipped and supplied and communication with Shawn was excellent.

Beautiful house 5 min drive to beaches

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was very beautifully decorated, just like pictures, airy, very comfy, enough space to spread out and have your own space when needed (you know family). Only less desirable issues, very trafficky street so turning to and out of driveway can be tricky but no biggie. Also, beds weren't very comfy, kinda crickety, would recommend better mattresses and linens/pillows/towels. Btw the master mattress was stained 🤮. All that said, I really would definitely go back. Can't wait! Had a wonderful family time!! **Owner easy to contact and quick to answer. Very nice!!
