Walking distance from famous, Sunset Park and Key Colony Beach golf course, this canal-front gem boasts a prime, central location offering easy day trips to Key West and area attractions. Featuring the best in island living, this home includes a private, saltwater pool, spa, and dock. The spacious, single-level floor plan features a bright interior accented with vaulted ceilings and an open layout, perfect for group entertainment. Gather with friends and family on the breezy, covered lanai while enjoying al fresco dining and happy hour cocktails. Central air-conditioning inside will help you beat the heat while relaxing in the living room. Stream your favorite shows or find a family movie to watch on the wall-mounted smart TV. Keep the home chef company in the kitchen, with seating for two at the built-in breakfast bar. At-home meals are made easy with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Spend your days beside the sparkling pool or cast a line off the private dock. Lucky anglers can fillet their fresh catch at the dedicated fish-cleaning station. When the sun sets, hop in the heated spa for a luxurious soak to end the day. Pool heat is $250 for the week. As prior to your arrival.
As of Jan 2023 the owners boat will be on the property, on the trailer, so any renters bringing a boat will have to leave their trailer at the lot in the City of Key Colony Beach during their stay. You can go to the City of Key colony Beach for this form and pay the weekly fee.

As of March 2024 we will now be offering our boat for rentals. Boat rental will be $2400 for the week and if you want a boat captain to take you around and or on fishing trips we will provide that information to you after you book the boat rental. There is an additional fee for the boat captain and or fishing charter if you chose to use them. We highly recommend that if you do not use the captain boat then prior boating experience is required.

Fantastic Getaway

What a wonderful home to stay in. Home is clean. Great location. Enjoyed a family trip for Thanksgiving. They had everything we need. Close to many shopping options. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Thank you for opening your home to us. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Paradise Found!

This property is ideally located in a very nice neighborhood, excellent area to walk, and enjoy sunsets at Sunset Cove! The home is laid out well, very clean, and the pool is amazing! Marathon is a wonderful community with lots to do and nice shopping. Thank you for the opportunity to relax and enjoy paradise on a much needed break. Roxanne & Bill

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and well stocked (kitchen and bathroom/bedroom linens). The location was awesome with easy access (by boat) to both the Gulf and Atlantic. Also, an easy walk to Key Colony beach. Megan was awesome! We had questions upon our arrival regarding parking the boat trailer and getting the hot water running but she was so quick to respond and help us with all of our questions. Thank You! The only minus to this home was the 2nd king bedroom's location in relation to the 2nd bathroom. Unfortunately you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the second bathroom. It worked out fine for our family but just something others may want to be aware of. The canal provided lots of entertainment for our kids. We meet two manatees, fishing and the neighbors were so nice and welcoming.
