This modern, newly renovated space has everything! Centrally located in fabulous Ocean City, America's Greatest Family Resort, you will be just steps away from the shore as well as downtown shopping. Three bedrooms, a large living space, and a fully equipped kitchen will make your extended stay an experience you will want to come back for year after year. Come join us for the summer of a lifetime!
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. We also have a strict no party rule and observe strict quiet hours from 9pm-8am. Anyone found in violation of this policy is subject to early cancellation of their stay with no refund for the entirety of their stay.

Quick getaway to OCNJ for 2 nights

The host was incredibly responsive and courteous throughout the booking process. However, a few items that were concerning considering it was advertised as “luxury”: 1. The floors were dirty and gritty upon our arrival 2. The kitchen was ill-equipped for the nightly rate that we paid, considering it was listed as “luxury” 3. The couch is basically a box with a cover, incredibly uncomfortable 4. The A/C units were barely adequate to keep the unit cool 5. Although out of owners control, the people above us were very loud and all had walkers, which on wooden floors is not ideal for an environment with a napping baby Items that were great: 1. Location is prime due to proximity to the boardwalk and the beach 2. Parking is convenient and easy 3. Check in was convenient and easy

It’s new. It’s clean. It’s Cheap Quality.

Clean, close to the ocean. Not luxury. Luxury should not be in the name. The construction material is the lowest quality. The furniture is cheep, there are only ceiling lighting, no lamps. The Manager is great, customer service is great.
