Spanish Main is a beachfront condominium complex located just north of downtown Cocoa Beach that offers a large, heated pool and private beach access. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the unit, internet access, spacious living areas, flat screen TV in the living room, and more. This is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit with a balcony overlooking the ocean, just steps to the beach and pool.

Spanish Main is an oceanfront community with a pool, barbecue area, and private beach access. There is plenty of off-street open parking available at the complex, with overflow parking in the grassy area out front. Parking passes are required. Centrally located in Cocoa Beach within walking distance to local shopping, dining, and services, and close to Publix grocery & pharmacy, Port Canaveral, Westgate’s Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, and more! Warmth and Sunshine

The property was great. The unit had all that was needed and was close to a great restaurant and the grocery store. The pool and the beach were wonderful and the layout protected us from the wind when at the pool.

Nice ocean front complex

Nice 3 bedroom condo with balcony overlooking the pool and view of the ocean. We enjoyed going to the beach and caught some fish at the beach at sunrise. I would stay again.

Concerns

would have preferred lock box for initial entry rather than stopping at a realtor; house definitely was not as clean as it could have been; blinds were broken in three rooms; screen was off the track on the patio; drawer next to bed definitely needs to be cleaned; I cleaned the oven myself; we found food, toys, etc under the coaches in living room; we found food etc. in the refrigerator;AC VENT should have been replaced; dryer vent had not been cleaned, lots of lint.
