About this property

Spacious Heated Pool Home, Located On A Quiet Street In The Much Desired Deep Creek Subdivision In Punta Gorda, Florida. Enjoy your mornings poolside. The backyard backs up to a green belt.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large spacious bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, double vanities, toilet and a large linen closet. There is a large walk-in closet. There is a door wall that leads to the pool/lanai.

On the opposite side of the house are 2 guest bedrooms and a second bath. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a standard size bed, large walk-in closet and a door wall to the lanai/pool. The bathroom contains a tub/shower combination, toilet, vanity and access to the lanai/pool.

Family room with door wall that leads to the pool/lanai.

The lanai is furnished with table and chairs and a propane bbq.

This is a Smoke Free Home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property.

Must agree to all HOA rules and sign document.
