Good looking apartment but many problems

Andrew was very quick responding to questions and the apartment was pretty good for what we needed. About 15-20 mins from heart of Boston. Had a personalized welcome sign which was cute. Patios were great with views of the city. We were a group of 8 so 2 of us had to sleep on the couch, which wasn’t ideal but we didn’t have many other options in the area. However, all of the mattresses were either caved in in the middle or uneven. I was told there was already sugar at the house so we didn’t bring it for coffee but then was told there was none once we already arrived so we had to make a special trip just to get it. Was told the property manager forgot to put out the extra linens for people sleeping on the couch. The bathroom upstairs was awful because of the incredibly low, angled wall right in front of the toilet. None of the guys could stand up to pee and the women also had to crouch. Hit our heads on the wall many times turning around from the sink. Some of the outlets in the kitchen were broken so we thought some appliances were broken until we tested them on other outlets. Was told there would be a 7th chair for us, but there were only 6 chairs so one person always had to eat on the couch. Place was relatively clean, could be cleaner especially the showers. The front door was very finicky- the first time we were able to lock it but the second we couldn’t get in after many tries and thankfully were able to get through the back door. What was really awful was the location on the very sloped road. You have to be so incredibly careful driving and then parking as to not hit other cars. There aren’t many spots and you have to parallel park most of the time on the very sloped hill so it’s dangerous. Our stay was okay, but it definitely could’ve been improved.
