Good View with Central Location

Neighborhood is nice. Overall location is very good since it is 15-25 minutes from most things. The view from the lanai is beautiful, aided by the large slider from the living room to the lanai. Spilt bedroom layout is desirable. Property manager was very responsive and recommended some great eating establishments. Speaking as a retired property manager: Unit would benefit from some overall updates to decor (window dressings and bedspreads),a more thorough cleaning, a new lanai rug, attention to over grown rear landscaping by dining room window and additional utensils and glassware in the kitchen. The vacuum cleaner needed attention, which we addressed. Noise from local highway was a distraction.

Everything we needed and more!

The home was clean, bright, airy, and in a safe neighborhood. The house was stocked with necessary items to help us not need to buy so much for the week. Communication with the owners was quick and easy as well. We hope we need to come back again!

Berkshire Village, Naples, FL

This house was very comfortable and cozy. We had 6 adults and it worked out just fine. The house has great kitchen supplies as we were making Christmas cookies on several occasions! Neighborhood is quiet and off the busy streets of Naples.
