• The rooftop Pool (only open from May-September. From Memorial Day through Labor Day) please note, 2 bands are provided per unit. $10 per extra band is charged.

Crystal Flats is anchored at the center of the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, you will be in downtown in minutes.

Getting Around:
Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.

Other Things to Note:
Kindly be informed that vehicular access is only given until 11 pm, and 24-hour entrance is only given on Fridays and Saturdays.

Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which includes some basics products for the personal care and for cooking

Please note that there is some construction going on in the Crystal City area, which may generate some noise during the day and night. Thank you very much for your understanding!

We do not provide wash cloth.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.
