Three bedrooms and two full baths plus a den with an open floor plan with wonderful upgrades.

The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and accent lighting. You'll have everything you need to host an intimate meal or a small party. There is seating for six at the dining room table, and four at the island. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy the large screen smart television. The home is tiled throughout.

Enjoy swimming in the private heated saltwater pool with hot tub! Featuring a private out door spa shower and changing area. The lanai is wonderful and super private with full fencing and lush landscaping that is very inviting with beautiful pavers and plenty of seating. Enjoy grilling by the pool with a new propane grill! Also enjoy the delightful , fresh seating grouping out front to enjoy the sunrise - or just some socializing with the naples park neighbors!!.

The Master suite is a lovely retreat with a brand new king-sized bed and a flat screen smart television and private bath. The other two bedrooms have new queen beds with an adjacent bath and a flat screen smart televisions. There is also a den overlooking the pool with a smart television.

The property has everything you'll need for the beach as well, with beach towels, sand chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. We also have bikes for rides to the beach or to any of the nearby shopping and restaurants. Business center printer available.

This home is just a walk/bike to miles of Vanderbilt Beach intimate accesses , Delnor-Wiggins State park beach, Kayaking, SUP, upscale dining, grocery stores, shopping and entertainment! Just pack your swimsuit and enjoy the ultimate Naples lifestyle when you visit!

Beautiful beach house

The house had a wonderful layout, VERY clean, plenty of linens and pillows, and we loved the back den room for kids to hang seperate from main living. The POOL is absolutely perfect, along with hot tub. You do need to text the owner to turn hot tub on/off, somewhat annoying but very responsive. Short walk or bike to beach. Took full advantage of golf cart taxi, two ladies run carts all day back and forth to parking lot and the house, super helpful for older/younger family members and beach gear! We will definitely keep this house on our list to stay again!
