Marble lined bathrooms. Two King beds + separate futon.

Long term rentals preferred.

Some stairs. No elevator. No air conditioning.

If you are going to rent the parking onsite, make sure your car is not over 6' high or wide. The driveway is narrow.

It is just a few blocks to the Castro Station underground for easy access to the Ferry building, Fisherman's wharf, Chinatown, Union Square, Financial district, SOMA, South Beach.

Very nice property

Very comfortable accommodations….relaxing place to stay, very clean and well-maintained. Roger, the business partner in the adjacent unit, was very helpful for a couple requests (i.e. locked myself outside without the entry code). Thank you Roger! Be careful about the street parking schedule….we learned a hard lesson with a $71 parking violation (not intuitive for country folks).

Owner's Response: Thank you for reiterating the potential parking expense in San Francisco. Minimum parking ticket is $75. Blocking a driveway or parking on the curb is minimum $300. A towing event is minimum is $600. If you plan to drive in San Francisco, be vigilant.

Awesome property. Centrally located.

This well kept and recently renovated apartment is a beautiful unit located centrally and close to public transit, restaurants and grocery/drug stores. Our adult family had a wonderful stay and would rent again. The owner provided great information as well as many convenient extras to make our stay in SF awesome. Thanks Jack.

Fine management, clean, comfortable apartment w/all amenities, great neighborhood, MUNI very close

130 Eureka St #2 is one of the best VRBO properties we've used. Easy booking, cordial owners, and an apartment with comfort, space and all the kitchen stuff anyone could want. Very clean, big screen TV and parking available if needed--this apartment is a great base for exploring the City from a really cool neighborhood. MUNI is very close, BART a little farther. Overall, very fine place.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable and clean and close to public transit which was accurate to the listing description. Molly Stones Grocery was within a few blocks and great restaurants were within walking distance. We found the neighbourhood to be safe and never worried walking back to the property late at night.

Excellent location, clean, well stocked.

The apartment was very well located for use of public transportation. There were restaurants, stores etc. within a few blocks. It was a fun area of the city to be located in. The apartment was clean and extremely well stocked with everything one would need for a visit. The communication with the owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment for a trip to San Francisco.

The Perfect Location

The apartment was the perfect spot to be near San Francisco. I had never been to the area, and Jack was extremely helpful in giving me detailed information along with answering questions about the area and tips for traveling and getting settled at the apartment. He even let us drop off our luggage early so we could explore the area. Castro was amazing, and safe and the apartment was a few blocks to the grocery store, restaurants and the subway. It was perfect. My husband went out for a walk every morning and was able to explore all the parks and peaks in the area on foot. We even walked down to the mission district for a wonderful parade.

The apartment was clean and it felt like our home for the week, I have already recommended this apartment to other friends heading the the West coast.

The area is vibrant, but quiet and everyone was so helpful and friendly - we hope to be back again someday.
