Charming 2-bedroom cottage on large 1/3 acre lot on quiet side street near bay beach. Renovated and expanded in 2016. New dining room, new sun porch with gas fireplace, and completely upgraded and enlarged kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances! New deck (with Weber gas grill), and stone patio in private backyard, backed to conservation land. Beautiful residential area of larger year-round homes. Cottage is located in the Yarmouth Port historic district just one block off the historic 'Captain's Mile' featuring dozens of elegant sea captains' homes. Near to charming town of Yarmouth Port shops and restaurants. This adorable cottage is just a mile from a quiet family friendly life-guarded beach. Gray's Beach has a wonderful boardwalk out over the marsh which is a very popular place to view the magnificent Cape Cod sunsets. There is an adjacent covered picnic area at Gray's Beach and restroom facilities. The cottage is walking distance to a town playground as well. This property is suitable for small families or two couples since the upstairs has its own lavatory, and a door at the top of the stairs for privacy.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely vacation rental, on a nice quiet street. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. We hope to return some time.

We had another great stay at this perfect cottage! The house is always clean and has everything you need. Great for a small family and is close to the beach. The owners are so nice and very helpful with anything you need.

Wonderful, cozy house in excellent location.

House was clean and well-stocked and very comfortable. Loved the sunroom and enjoyed the gas fire on the chilly nights. Grey’s Beach boardwalk was beautiful and location was great for exploring other parts of the Cape as well.
